This Policy explains what personal data the Dantist dental clinic website collects, why it is needed, how long it is kept, and what rights you have as a data subject. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
1. Who processes the data
The owner and controller of personal data is the Dantist dental clinic, [TO BE COMPLETED: full legal name, EDRPOU code, registered address], clinic addresses: 13 Varnenska Street and 1-B Admiralskyi Avenue, Odesa.
2. What data we collect
- Data you submit yourself — via the consultation booking, enquiry, cost-estimate and subscription forms: your name, phone number, email address and the text of your message.
- Technical data sent by your browser: IP address, device and browser type, language, the pages you opened and the referring source.
- Medical data is collected and stored only at the clinic, as part of providing dental care, and is never collected through this website.
3. Why we use it
- To contact you in order to agree an appointment time or to answer the question you asked.
- To calculate an indicative treatment cost from the details you entered in the calculator.
- To send our newsletter — only if you have subscribed to it.
- To understand how visitors use the site and make it easier to use. Only aggregated, de-identified statistics are used for this.
4. Legal basis
By submitting a form on the site you consent to the processing of the data it contains for the purposes listed above. Consent is voluntary and you may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies necessary for it to function (for example, to remember your chosen language) and analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. These services may transfer de-identified data to Google servers outside Ukraine.
The Contacts page embeds Google Maps. Opening that page loads content from Google servers, which receive your IP address. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site’s basic functions will continue to work.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for their own purposes. Access is limited to clinic staff who need it for their work, and to our hosting and web-analytics providers, to the extent needed to run the site. Data may be disclosed to state authorities where the law requires it.
7. How long we keep data
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to evidence what was agreed. Subscription data is kept until you withdraw consent. Medical records are retained for the periods set by Ukrainian healthcare legislation.

9. Data security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to form submissions and medical records is restricted to staff who need it. Information about a patient’s health is subject to medical confidentiality and is not disclosed.

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at this address, and we will note any substantial changes on the page itself.
